B.Tech+M.Tech equivalent to B.Tech+2 years M.Tech

Is B.Tech+M.Tech dual degree of 5 years equivalent to 4 years B.Tech+2 years M.Tech, please tell me & also give list of colleges offer this course?

No, B.Tech+M.Tech dual degree of 5 years is not equivalent to 4 years B.Tech+2 years M.Tech.
Dual degree takes 5 years to complete rather then B.Tech+2 years M.Tech takes 6 years.
It also defects in placement.
