Hi I have completed Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) so can I get admission in B.Tech course?

Yeah you can get direct admission in 2nd year through lateral entry after Diploma in Computer Applications. For admission in lateral entry you have to clear entrance exam conducted by the University.
