Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board generally announce the notification for MP B.Ed. Entrance Exam. This entrance exam is conducted to get admissions in Bachelor of Education course in the state of MP

Important dates:
Last date to submit online application is 3rd March, 2014
Exam - 20th April, 2014
Results will be announced on 25th May, 2014.

Application fee:
General/ OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 500/-
SC/ ST/ PD candidates have to pay Rs. 250/-

Education qualification:
You should have passed Graduation or Post Graduation from any recognised university with not less than 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST candidates)

Exam Pattern:

-The exam will comprise the following topics:
General Mental Ability: 30 marks
General Awareness: 20 marks
General Hindi & English: 20 marks
Teaching Aptitude: 30 marks
- Total duration of the exam is 2 hours.
-Total marks for the exam is 100.

The B.Ed CET exam conducted by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra.

Data of Issue of Application:
April 2015

Exam Date:
Last week of May 2015

Eligibility:
The Candidates should have completed 3 year graduation/post graduation in any faculty from a recognized university.

The Candidates belonging to open category who have secured minimum 50% marks and

Those candidate belonging to backward class (SC, ST, VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, SBC) who have secured minimum 45% marks are eligible to apply.

The Candidates from universities outside Maharashtra belonging to all categories are required to secure a minimum 50% marks.
