Re: Astronaut after B.Tech in Physical Sciences

As you want to become Astronaut, so I would like to say
to you that it is a very lengthy process and would require a lot of patience before you can actually become astronaut and fly to the International Space Station.

Process to become Astronaut
1. Complete 12th standard with PCM as the subjects.

2. You need to finish graduation in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, biology or get the B.Tech degree in Aerospace.

3. After completing Aerospace Engineering, appear for the GATE exam and apply for the M.Tech course.

4. The post graduation course should be followed by the PhD.

5. After completing PhD you need at least 3 years of related and progressively experience.

6. After getting the required experience, appear in the NASA exam for recruitment of scientists and astronauts.

7. If you cleared the exam, NASA would give you training to become astronaut.

As you said you have completed your b.tech in Physical Sciences it mean you completed 2 steps already now you need to cross only five steps so go ahead..

Best of luck…
