The Asthma Condition (Approximately 30 questions)
Patient and Family Assessment (Approximately 39 questions)
Asthma Management (Approximately 65 questions)
Organizational Issues (Approximately 16 questions)

Fee structure:
The recertification fee structure is as follows:
$245 - Recertification by CEUs up to and including date of expiration
$345 - Recertification by CEUs past date of expiration
