Assam University has released a notification for the recruitment of 33 Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor vacancies in Silchar & Diphu Campus.

Total No. of Posts: 33

Name of the Posts:

1. Professor: 14 Posts
2. Associate Professor: 12 Posts
3. Assistant Professor: 07 Posts

Eligibility Criteria-

Candidates should possess PhD Degree with First Class at Bachelors or Masters Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology or First class Master Degree in appropriate branch of engineering and technology with relevant experience.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on Interview.

Application Fee:

Candidates should pay Rs. 1000/- (Rs.200/- as postal expenses) for UR & OBC candidates by demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Assam University, Silchar payable at UCO Bank, Silchar (Branch Code 2005) or State Bank of India, Dargakona (Branch Code 14260).

No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

Application Process-

Candidates may send their application along with attested copies of relevant certificates, in an envelop must be superscribed as Post applied for & Campus with Advertisement no to the Registrar, Assam University, Raja Rammohan Roy Administrative Building, Recruitment Cell, Silchar788 011 on or before 06-02-2018.
