As you want to know the Advanced Leader Course (ALC) is a course which leads Soldiers within occupational specialty. This course focuses on leadership and technical skills required to prepare Soldiers selected for promotion to staff sergeant.
The ALC consists of a both a 90-day highly facilitated web-based common core program and a branch-specific resident phase designed for the Soldiers military occupation specialty.
