I want to know the rules and charges of booking of Punnami Hotel Basara of Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation APTDC so can you please tell me?

Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) is a state government agency which promotes tourism in Andhra Pradesh, India. APTDC is also promoting leisure tourism in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The tours covering 8 centers of Andhra Pradesh.

Basara Haritha Hotel booking rules-

Advance Reservations shall be accepted with a minimum advance period of "ONE DAY" prior to Check-in Time/Date & a maximum advance period of "TWO HUNDRED DAYS" prior to Check-in Date, If the rooms are available on requested Check-in Date only

Two (02) Adults and TWO (02) Children below 10 years are accommodated in a Double Bedded / Two Bedded Room including Suite Room

In case of 04 Bedded Room, 04 Adults with 02 Children below 10 years are allowed

In case of 03 Bedded Room, 03 Adults with 02 Children below 10 years are allowed

One Extra Person (Adult) per room is allowed at extra charges of Rs.200/- for Non AC Room & Rs.300/- for AC Room,

All Tariffs are subject to change at anytime without any prior intimation,

Tourists are requested to carry a Print Copy of the Reservation Confirmation Voucher along with a valid ID proof issued by State or Central Government

All Reservation Requests shall be Confirmed by Local Authorised Booking Agents Only as 100% Advance Payment Required to Confirm Your Reservation from Tourism Department.

Since Online Payments take 3-4 Working Days to reflect in Bank Account, Agents take risk to Confirm Your Reservation before Your Payment Realizes into Agents Account,

100% Online Payment Gateway Charges are Waived Off for Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking Payments for Making Reservations, Shall be collected only if You Cancel Such Reservations.
