Apply Duplicate Degree Certificate Andhra University

I want to apply for duplicate degree certificate of M.Phil. of Andhra University so can you please provide me the application form for this?

Andhra University is one of the oldest universities in India. It is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 1926. The University is approved by UGC.

Application for Issue of Original Degree (M.Phil)



The Candidate should fill all the Coolum’s without fail.

Candidate should enclose Original Degree of the Lower Examination (or) Attested Xerox Copy of the same.

For M.Phil.,/Ph.D. Duplicate Degree Certificate, the Candidate should submit a Certificate from Public Notary and Police Complaint together with D.D. in favour of Registrar, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
