The Application Procedure for the Civil Services Examination has been totally changed by 2014. The main upgraded way is you can no longer post application forms, you just have to apply online. No other mode for submission of applications is allowed.

Apply For Civil Services:
• To apply for exam, you just have to log on to official website of UPSC.
• Read out Detailed instructions for filling up online applications .
• The applicants are advised to submit only single application.
• All candidates, who is employee in private or govt. sector should submit their applications direct to the Commission.

Eligibility:
The candidate must hold a degree of any of recognized Universities.

Nationality :
For the IAS and IPS, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Criteria:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 year.
