The applicants enrolled with Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (IRDA) as Trainee Surveyors who have submitted their academic journal training reports are advised to download the Application Form for Insurance surveyors Examination and submit the same along with the requisite fee.

Candidates are advised to appear for the exam only for the respective Departments for which they are enrolled with IRDA as Trainee Surveyors.
