As per your concern I tell you details of MBBS entrance exam conducted by Annamalai University so that you can check it.

Eligibility
Applicants should have cleared their HSC examination, or any other equivalent qualifying examination and having studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Those who have appeared or who are likely to appear for the qualifying examination i.e. HSC or equivalent but whose results have not been as yet declared can also appear for this entrance test provided they have offered the above mentioned subjects at the said examination.

Application Fees:
For MBBS and BDS 1500/-
For BSC Agriculture , Horticulture ( General-800/- & SC/ST-400/-)
For B.pharma, BSC nursing,BPT- 800/-
For B.E ( General-800/- & SC/ST-400/-)

Method of Selection & Admission
Ranking will be made on the merit on the basis of marks obtained by the eligible candidates in the Science subjects in the qualifying examinations reduced to the base of 200 marks

The marks obtained through different boards will be taken into account after normalization

Calculation
Weighted Total Marks for a maximum of - 200

Percentage in Biology (after normalization) - (X)

Percentage in Physics & Chemistry taken together (after normalization) - (Y)

Percentage in Botany & Zoology taken together (after normalization) - (Z)

Weighted total marks for a maximum of - Either (X+Y) or (Y+Z)

Ranking of the candidates will be done based on the total marks obtained in the science subjects after normalization of marks computed to a maximum of 200, as given in the table.
