Hello sir, I was lost my original certificate of Anna University. Now I want duplicate certificate from Anna University. Can any one provide me here Anna University Duplicate Certificate Form?

Many students after completing their degree courses have lost their certificates, Mark Sheet, Consolidated Statement of Marks.

In order to assist such students Anna university has given access to re-issue duplicate certificate copy.

Fees detail:

The fee for the issue of various certificates is as follows:

Statement of Marks / Grade Sheet -- Rs. 200/- each

Provisional Certificate -- Rs. 500/- up to Convocation.
No Provisional Certificate will be issued
After the Convocation

Consolidated Statement of Marks /Grades -- Rs. 500/-
Degree Certificate -- Rs. 3000/-
