Andhra university apply for OD

Hello I want to apply to get OD (Original Degree) of Andhra university UG program and for it here I am looking for Original Degree Application, so can you tell me from where I can get it ??

Go on Andhra university official website



click on Examinations option given in the left sige

a page will open here you need to click on Exams Applications given option in the left

again a new page will open over there you can see list of various form

click on Original Degree Application and do download the form
