I have saving account in Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank. Now I want to check my Balance on Mobile Phone. So can any one tell me how I can get Balance Enquiry on Mobile?

The Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank provides Mobile Phone Banking Service to its customers.

Customers have to start this service one time and they will use it anytime.

They have to go at Branch where they have Account and apply through application form that is available in Branch.

Customer: the holder of a Bank account in Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank

MPIN: shall mean the Personal Identification Number (password) for the Mobile Banking Services.

Facility: shall mean Mobile Banking facility provided to the customers

OTP: One Time Password is an SMS sent to the customer’s registered mobile on initiation of a transaction using MBS.

Bank: shall mean Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank

MBS: shall mean Mobile Banking Services for the sake of brevity

Mobile Phone Number: shall mean the Mobile number that has been used by the customer to register for the Facility.

Application: shall mean the Bank’s Mobile Banking application which will be downloaded onto the mobile phone of the Customer.
