The Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (AIMS) is a not-for-profit organization. this college was inspired by Mata Amritanandamayi and inaugurated on May 17, 1998 by the then Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the presence of Mata Amritanandamayi.
