Other process to get Migration form:

Walk in to University Campus - go to admin block which is on right side from main gatespecialty.
Get the application form (free of cost). Also copy attached below.
Fill in brief details like name, course done, roll no., enrolment no. etc.
Submit a fee of 190/- at fee deposit counter, which is in same building
You will get 2 receipts - Pink and Yellow.
Keep Pink one with Yourself.
Now go at backside of admin block building and deposit Filled Application Form, Yellow receipt (fee slip) and copy of FINAL Year's Marksheet.
