When Amity University Dubai was designed, its goal was to create an environment that stimulate studying, inspires excellence and encourages physical and mental health and happiness. Its campus includes top-of-the-range facilities and several wellness centres.


Its world-class facilities, infrastructure and record job offers have resulted in its institutes becoming one of the most sought after education destinations. The University also have a large network of industry leaders who regularly visit the campus to interact with students.


Accommodation

The residential buildings frame the outdoor sports amenities and are visible along the highway and pedestrian pathway.

There is space for 265 students to live in single and twin rooms, and 10 guest rooms for external faculty or conference guests.

Each student has own ID to connect up to four devices to WiFi.

There is also a gym, which is open from 7 am – 10pm, and a coin operated laundry room that one can use at any time.

Males and females reside in the same building, each with separate entry and exit points. Females are on the 3rd floor and males are on the 2nd floor.

Students can choose between double rooms or single rooms, each of which are fully furnished with basic necessities and a bathroom.

Located in Dubai Academic City, the student residences are a few minutes away from Dubai Silicon Oasis which includes a number of departmental stores and dining options.


Room Fees for 2018/2019

Fees include water and electricity and a refundable deposit of AED 2,000 is required to secure to the room.

Double Occupancy: AED 25,000 per year

Single Occupancy: AED 40,000 per year
