Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:
Candidate must be a citizen of India
If candidate is from Nepal or Bhutan is also eligible
A Tibetan refugee candidate who lives in India before 1st January 1962 is also eligible

Age Limit:
Minimum age is 20 years

Maximum age is 30 years

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the central government
