Original Admit card of Admission Test

Original High school Mark sheet ( one photocopy)

Intermediate Mark sheet ( one photocopy)

High school Certificate ( one photocopy)

Intermediate certificate ( one photocopy)

Original Transfer certificate & migration certificate

Original and latest caste certificate in case of OBC, SC and ST candidates

Completed Anti Ragging affidavit (proforma of which can be downloaded from the website aupravesh.org)

Original certificate of weight age if any (Physically handicapped, kashmiri migrants, outstanding sports, EW/TW etc.) and one photocopy of the certificate

Two latest passport size colored photographs bearing name of the candidate.

The Admission will be done strictly on the basis of merit & availability of seats.

Required fee for General & OBC Candidates Rs.1074/- and for SC& ST Candidates Rs.330/-.
