Hello sir I want to know about the eligibility for Foreign Students to take admission in All India Institute Of Medical Sciences so please provide me information about the same.

All India Institutes of Medical Sciences reserve 5 (five) seats for the Foreign Nationals nominated by the Government of India.

Eligibility

For Foreign Candidates:

Foreign candidates are required to obtained a minimum of fifty percent (50%) marks in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry (Organic and Inorganic) and BIOLOGY (Botany and Zoology)

Categories of foreign candidates

Category- Application department

1. Self Financing foreign candidate-Ministry of External Affairs, Student Cell, 527, Akber Bhavan, New Delhi- 110021.

2. Foreign Candidate under General Cultural Scholarship Scheme

Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Azad Bhavan, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi- 110002

Duration Of Course

The course of studies of degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences shall last for a minimum of 5 1/2 academic years including one year's compulsory.

Application procedure

Foreign nationals need not fill this application but should apply to the Government of India through their diplomatic channels.
