Eligibility
To admission in this program you must 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/State Board, such as West Bengal Council
of Higher Secondary Examination (WBCHSE), West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education (WBBME), Central Board of Secondary Education (New Delhi) (CBSE), Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC), etc

as you asking for admission form then I am providing same for you and you need to submit following with form
(i) Photocopy of 12th mark sheet (For BA (Hons.) applicants),
(ii) Admit/Certificate of 10th board Examination as a proof of age.
(iii) The Demand Draft of requisite amount
(iv) Other relevant documents
