As you want to get the Airports Authority of India Manager (Electronics) syllabus so here it is for you:

AAI Syllabus for Jr.Executives (ATC,Electronics)
The notification published by the Airports Authority of India AAI doesn’t clarify the exact syllabus and also there is no information available on its official website regarding the syllabus.

So ,the syllabus which is mentioned below is based on the experience and suggestions given by the candidates who gave the AAI Junior Executives Examination in the previous years.


According to the notification the selection will be made on the basis of written test/ interview for the post of Jr. Executive (ATC/ Electronics). Additionally Voice test will be conducted for Jr. Executive (ATC) at the time of interview.

So it could be observed that there may not be much difference in the Jr.Executive ATC & Jr.Executive Electronics Syllabus.And the Outline of the AAI Jr.Executive Syllabus is as follows :

As mentioned by the candidates who previously gave the AAI Examination, the selection shall be made on the basis of a Written test consisting of 150 (prone to change) Multiple choice questions, divided in to two sections namely :: 50% questions on Technical subjects & 50% questions on Non-Technical.

For Technical Section :: Questions are excepted from the concerned engineering subject most likely from the following subjects ::
• Basic Electronics
• Communication Systems
• Microwave Engineering
• Analog and Digital Electronics
• Telecommunication Engineering
• Information Technology
• Computer Networks
• Network Graphs

AAI Syllabus (Liable to Change)

1. Modern Physics:- Quantum Mechanics, Electrical Conductivity in Metals, Dielectric andmagnetic properties of materials, Lasers, Super Conductivity and optical fibers.

2.Chemistry :- Chemical Energy Sources, Solar Energy, Electrochemical Energy Systems,Battery Technology, Fuel Cell, Corrosion Science & Control, Metal finishing & ElectrolessPlating.

3.Mathematics :- Differential Calculus, Partial Differentiation, Integral Calculus &Application, Differential Equation, Vector Calculus & Infinite Series, Laplace Transform, VectorIntegration, Integral Calculus.

4.Computers :- Computer peripherals, Data Processing, Data storage, Operation Systems,Networks of an Internets, Algorithms & Flow charts, Computer aided sketching.

5. Electronics :- Semiconductors diodes, Transistor, SCR, Amp & oscillators, OP Amp,Communication Systems, Number System and Digital Logic DC Circuits, Electromagnetism, Single phase AC Circuits, Three phaseCircuits, Measuring Instruments, Domestic Wiring, DC Machine Transformer, Synchronous Generation, Three phase Induction motor.

AAI Syllabus for For Non Technical Section (Same for both ATC,Electronics Posts)
(a) General Awareness – History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc.
(b) Verbal Ability in English – Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary.
(c) Numerical Ability – Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest.
(d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test – Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability.
