The duration of the Bachelor of Engineering in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is 4 years. It deals with the design and manufacture of aircraft while AME trains one for servicing the aircraft.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% or equivalent CGPA.

The Aircraft Engineer is also known as an Aircraft Technician at times. While engineer is the commonly used term in UK, technician means the same thing within the aviation industry.

the Aircraft Maintenance program will place an emphasis on the repair of electrical and mechanical systems within aircraft:

Hydraulics
Fuels
Environmental systems
Engines
Flight controls
Landing gear systems
Airframes and structure

Eligibility:

10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (Min. 50% in each subject) from recognized board or University.
