AIPVT Test

I have done 12th in PCB and now I would like to participate in All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT). Would you tell me what is the Eligibility Criteria required for AIPVT Test? Please provide me an online procedure so I can do Registration for it and tell me what the Registration Fees is for it?
