The Veterinary Council of India is a constitutional body established under act of Parliament viz Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) and authorized with the responsibilities of regulation of Veterinary practice, preparation and maintenance of Indian Veterinary Practitioner's Register, regulation of bare minimum standards of Veterinary education and matters connected therewith. DATE OF ENTRANCE TEST for AIPVT - 2016 is 14-05-2016 (Saturday) 2.00 to 5.00 P.M. Aspirants those who are interested and found themselves eligible for it can apply through online mode by the official site.  Educational Qualification for AIPVT entrance exam: Aspirants should have passed higher Secondary Examination or other exam or equivalent to 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other elective subject English. “Or” graduation from university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Age Limitation: Applicants must be between the ages f 17 years to 25 years. Relaxation in age will be given to reserved category applicants according to the norms set by the organization. Selection Process: Applicants will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Interview. Registration fee: General and OBC category Applicants are required to pay Rs. 1500/- and SC/ ST have to pay Rs. 750/- as application fees. Fees can be remunerated through credit card/ debit card using online payment gateway or through e-challan in any branch of vijaya bank and state bank of India.
