AIPMT Category UR

What is the fee for AIPMT Application Form for UR Category Students? I am also from UR Category. I got passed 10+2 with 78% marks and want to apply for this Entrance Exam. But I don’t know information about its fee. So please give me information about fee for AIPMT 2015. Also give list of all Medical Colleges that accept score card of this Entrance Test.
