AIPMT Army Quota
I am interested in medical field and for this I have decided to give the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) Exam want to know about this exam. Will you tell me how much seats reserved for Army Quota also provide me all details of Reservation of Seats?

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi conducts All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) for admission to MBBS, BDS courses in government medical / dental colleges across India to fill 15% of All India quota seats. Reservation of Seats in Government Medical Colleges Under 15% All India Quota: 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates. 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates. 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer of OBC candidates in Central Educational Institutions. 3% seats are reserved for Physically Handicapped candidates. MBBS seats for children of defence personnel: The children of defense persons are given preference in AFMC and you come under the govt employee quota that is around 3 % and if your parents are retired it is separate 1 %. Eligibility for 15% All India Quota Seats: He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course. The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination. AIPMT Paper Pattern: The questions in the exam would be multiple choice or objective type. There shall be 4 options, out of which 3 would be wrong and 1 would be correct. Candidate has to darken the circle on OMR sheet for correct option. Exam Pattern of AIPMT would include three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology). Total Number of Questions – 180. Total duration of the exam – 3 hours or 180 minutes. There would be a single examination paper. Each subject would have 45 questions. Marking and Scoring in AIPMT Exam Pattern Weightage of each question – 4 marks. 4 marks will be given for each correct answer. For every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. No marks would be cut for non-attempted question. |

NEET is a national level Entrance Examination conducted in India by NTA for admission in graduate medical and dental course in government or private medical colleges and dental colleges respectively in India. The examination opens up almost 63,800 seats for candidates wishing to pursue MBBS and BDS in various medical colleges across India. The allocation of seats is done on the basis of their rank, score and cut off set defined by the participating institutes.
