Can you tell me about the cut off score for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE), now NEET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduation)?

NET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduation) is a national level entrance exam to get admission in various MD/MS and PG diploma programmes. It is a single window entrance test for PG courses to get admission in government, private and deemed universities in various states of India.

NEET PG cut off score is based on many factors such as the number of applicants, number of seats, the difficulty level of the exam, marking scheme etc.

The revised qualifying percentile for NEET PG 2017 for General Category was 42.5 (compared to the usual rule of 50th percentile) and the equivalent cut off score was 667.4111.

For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates, the revised percentile were 32.50 and revised cut off score 618.8969 while for Persons with Disability (PWD), it was 34.50 and 643.1009 respectively.
