Minimally Invasive Surgery Training Centre, Department of Surgical Disciplines, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India is a state of the art and the first training facility set up in India for training in laparoscopic surgery.

It provides a world-class environment for acquisition of laparoscopic skills.
Prof GF Buess, Director, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Department of Surgery, University Hospital Tuebingen, Germany inaugurated the Training Centre on 26th March 2007.

The Minimally Invasive Surgery Training Centre provides courses in Operative Laparoscopy, Laparoscopic Suturing Skills, Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery and Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery.

The courses at MISTC are endorsed by the Society of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of India (SELSI) and Indian Hernia Society (IHS).
CME credits have been approved for our course by Delhi Medical Council, 35 hours for training course in Operative Laparoscopy and 18 hours for training course in Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery.
