AIIMS directs AIIMS MBBS Examination for the best applicants to gain admission into AIIMS for MBBS course.

Registration Fees for exam is Rs. 1000/- for General/ OBC applicants (Rs. 800/- for SC/ ST)

Eligibility:-
Applicants must have attained or will attain the age of 17 years as on 31st of December
Applicants must have passed or will be appearing for Class 12 exam under the 10+2 Scheme of a recognised university/ board

Exam Paper Pattern:-
The Exam will be of 3½ hours duration
The Exam paper consisting of 200 objective type questions from subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge.

Subject - Number of Questions
•Physics - 60 questions
•General Knowledge - 20 questions
•Chemistry - 60 questions
•Biology (Botany and Zoology) - 60 questions

•Each correct response will get a score of 1 mark.
•Each incorrect response will get a score of- 1/3 (minus-one-third).

Important Dates

Apply online from 17th February 2014 to 17th March 2014.
Entrance Examination - 1st June, 2014 (Sunday)
Result to be declared on 1st July, 2014

AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Entrance Exam is taken on National level by the candidates of Medical stream in +2 for getting admission in one of the best medical colleges in the world i.e. AIIMS situated in Delhi as well as SIX AIIMS LIKES institutes situated at various places in india.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification:
Candidates must have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Orthopedic Physically Handicapped candidates) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.

2. Age limit:
Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or who will complete the age on or before 31st December.

Application Procedure:
Candidate can submit application through online mode by visiting the website Read the Prospectus, Help Manual and other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein.

Application fee for exam:
Rs.1000/- (Rs.800/- in case of SC/ST candidates) candidate can pay the application fee through a Credit/Debit Card or Challan Form in any branch of State Bank of India.
