All India Institute for Medical Sciences is one of the premier institutions in India.

AIIMS stands for All India Institute for Medical Science Exam. It is held for the admission of students to the MBBS course offered by the institution.

It is generally held in the month of June.

Application forms for AIIMS are available in Mid-January from in State Bank of India branches across the country.

Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Physically Handicapped candidates)

Candidate should have attained the age of 17.
