AIIMS Conducts the Entrance Test for admission to the MBBS Course in AIIMS, New Delhi and six other AIIMS (Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneshwar, Rishikesh and Raipur

Eligibility :
Age: Should have attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years Essential

Qualifications
Candidate should have passed the 12thClass under the 10+2 Scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent Exam of a recognized University/Board of any Indian

Examination pattern :

The duration of the examination shall be 3½ hours (three hours and thirty minutes)


1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer and 1 mark for each correct answer

Type of Paper

The Competitive Entrance Exam will have one paper consisting of 200 Objective Type (Multiple Choice and Reason-Assertion type) questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge/Aptitude.The distribution of questions is:

i. Physics - 60 Questions
ii. Chemistry - 60 Questions
iii. Biology (Botany & Zoology) - 60 Questions
iv. General Knowledege/Aptitude - 20 Questions
