I have heard that from now onwards AIIMS or All India Institute of Medical Science will be conducting B Tech courses to, is it true? Will AIIMS or All India Institute of Medical Science be providing the admission to B Tech course on the basis of JEE exam score only?

Can you tell me if the Department of Biotechnology, AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences), New Delhi offer B Tech in Biotechnology?

In 1986, the discipline of Biotechnology was introduced at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences), New Delhi. Masters Programme is accredited with A ranking by Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, India.

The research projects in the Department are funded by various agencies of the Govt. of India, such as DBT, ICMR, DST, CSIR, UGC, intramural support as well as International funding agencies like CNRS, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, etc.
