Here is the Eligibility to become an IAS Officer:

Qualification
The candidate must possess a degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification.
Those in the final year of a degree course can also appear in the Preliminary Examination.

Age

The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years on 1st August of the year of examination and must not have attained 30 years of age on that date.

The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The upper age limit is also relaxed in favour of certain categories of civil servants working under the Government of India and Defence Services Personnel.

Nationality

(1) For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.
(2) For other services, a candidate must be either:—
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee

As you want I am here telling you about the age eligibility criteria for become Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPCS )Officer.

Eligibility criteria:

Age limit: Between 21 to 40 years

Educational Qualification:

Review Officer (Account Samiksha Adhikari ):

Candidate should have bachelor's degree in Commerce with accountancy from a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto 'O' level certificate in computer application from an Institute recognized by the Government. Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script.

Assistant Review Officer:

1- Candidate should have Bachelor's degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Service

2- Candidate should have "O" Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Commission society or a qualification equivalent thereto.

3- Candidate should have a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.


Lower Division Assistant:

1- Candidate should have Bachelor's degree from a University established Board by law in India or a qualification recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Service

2- Candidate should have "O" Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Commission society or a qualification equivalent thereto.

3- Candidate should have a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Auditor: Degree in Commerce with higher accountancy and audit from a University recognized by law in India or any qualification recognized by Govt. or any qualification recognized by Govt. equivalent thereto.


Assistant Accountant:
1- Candidate should have Graduate degree in Commerce with accountancy from a University recognized by law in India or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy or any qualification recognized by Govt. equivalent thereto.

2- Candidate should have Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script.

Statistical Assistant:

Candidate should have Postgraduate degree in Mathematics/Statistics/. Mathematical Statistics/Economics/Commerce from a University recognized by law in India or Equivalent qualification.

2- Candidate should have Diploma in Computer

Investigator Cum Computer: Candidate should have Graduate with Mathematics or Statistics

Investigator Computer:
Candidate should have Graduate degree with mathematics or Statistics from a University recognized by law in India or any recognized qualification by Govt. equivalent thereto.

Legal Assistant:
Candidate should Law Graduate or any recognized qualification by Govt. equivalent thereto.

Assistant Accountant:
Candidate should have Graduate degree in Commerce with Accountancy from a University recognized by law in India.

Assistant Malaria Officer:
Candidate should have Degree in Science with Zoology from a University recognized by law in India or any degree recognized by Govt. equivalent thereto.

Junior Auditor:
Candidate should have Graduate in Commerce with Audit or Accountancy from a University recognized by law in India.

Assistant Accountant:
Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from a University or Institute recognized by the Govt.

Inspector Legal Measurement:
Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics as of the subjects or a Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering from a University established by law in India or a qualification declared by the Government as equivalent thereto with the working knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script
