The Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Boards Himachal Pradesh conducts Himachal Pradesh (HP) Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).

Junior Basic Training (JBT)

Eligibility:
10+2 with 50% marks from a recognized Board/ University and should possess two years JBT certificate course from an institute duly recognized by the Central State Government or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

Age Limit:
There is no upper age limit to apply for the HP-TET.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Examination & Interview.
