Here I am giving you information about age limit and important dates to apply for Deputy Collector post examination of Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) below :

Important Date (Tentative): -
Date of Exam - June Ist Week
Sale of application - Last Week of February
Last date for issuing application forms – End of March
Last date for submission of completed application forms – Mid of April

Age Limit --
-You must have the Age Limit from 21 - 28 years of age.
-The Relaxation for SC and ST age is for 5 years.,
-For OBC 3 years.,
-For women’s in reserved quota it is 10 years.
-For general Women’s it is 5 years.

Education Qualification:
You have to passed an undergraduate Degree/Graduation in any discipline from recognized University

No. of Attempts:
There are no rules for the number of attempts like in UPSC, one can give any number of time exam till one eligible for the exam.

The Preliminary examination
Main examination
The Personality Test (Interview)

Exam pattern :
PAPER I - General Studies – Total Marks will be 150.
PAPER II – Optional Subject from the list selected - Total Marks will be 200.

Mains exam
PAPER I – Gujarati - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER II – English - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER III – General Studies - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER IV & V – Optional Subject – Total Marks will be 200 for Each Paper.
