As per my knowledge, a MCA (Master in Computer Application) degree holder is not eligible for Scientist/Engineer `SC Post recruitment in ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization).

Eligibility for ISRO Recruitment


One must have qualified B.E/B. Tech or equivalent degree in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10.

One currently in final year of qualifying degree is also eligible to apply, provided to secure an aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a scale of 10.

One with Diploma+ B.E/B. Tech (Lateral Entry) is also eligible provided have passed the degree in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a scale of 10.

AMIE candidates registered before May 31, 2013 may be considered provided should have 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section ‘B alone.

One who has passed M.E/M. Tech with B. Tech is eligible to apply provided the B. Tech marks meet the eligibility specified above.

One who has studied integrated course of B.E/B. Tech and M.E/M. Tech is also eligible subject to production of Graduation certificate for B.E/B. Tech separately in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a scale of 10.

One with part-time B.E/B. Tech degree is also eligible. However, one who has done the B.E or B. Tech through correspondence course is not eligible.
