Definately you can apply for a government job, because your degree has equality of B.Tech and MBA.

You can apply for the Managment post in any government sector which is vacent and whose educational criteria is MBA.

You can apply any one of the following:

BSNL

ISRO

DAE (Department of Atomic Energy)

HARSAC (Haryana Space Applications Centre)

Electricity Department

SAIL (Steel authorities of India Ltd.),

NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation)

BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.)

There are ample opportunities in form of Banking sectors and the Public Sector Business enterprises.
You can also apply for the job of a teacher in various government-run MBA colleges.
