After GATE 96 Percentile Score Can I Apply for IIT and NIT

Can I apply for admission in both Indian institutes of technology and NIT colleges after having GATE 96 percentile score?

You can apply in both Indian institute of technology and NIT colleges but there is less chance to get admission in IIT, you may get any seat in the National institutes of technology colleges because your percentile is good you can apply for state government colleges too.
