Yes, of course after Diploma you can take admission in B.Tech from Delhi Technological University (DTU), here is eligibility criteria:

Entry Qualification:
The candidates must have passed a State Diploma Examination of three years duration in any branch or any other examination, recognized equivalent there to by the Delhi Technological University with a minimum aggregate (aggregate of all six semesters / three years) of 60% (50% for SC/ST, PwD and 55% for OBC candidate).

Duration:
The duration of Degree programme is 3 years as the candidate will be admitted directly in second year of the regular B.Tech Program.

Admission Procedure:
The admission will be purely based on merit giving full weightage to their score in the qualifying Diploma course in the prescribed period of normal study.

Fee Structure:
The fee will be same as the regular B.Tech, program, i.e. Rs. 75,000/-
