There is no problem in doing ICWA after MBA as the Basic Eligibility for ICWA

10+2 passed or equivalent qualification.

There are 3 stages in ICWAI

Foundation

Executive

Final

As you have done MBA so you can enrol for II stage examination and can skip the I stage.

Duration

Foundation Program- ---6 months
Executive Program- ---12 months
Practical Training- ----36 months
Final Course- ---------12 months

Registration in ICWA course

You have to register yourself for appearing for the examination held by ICWAI.

Examinations of ICWA are held twice in a year in June and December

For June terms student need to apply before Dec 5 of previous year and for December exam you have to apply for before June 5.

You can register online or offline through it's prospectus and form.
