As you have completed your BSc Nursing, so as per me MBA and MSc Nursing both are good course but for you MSc Nursing is better rather than MBA.

But if you want to do MBA then you can do MBA in these fields:

MBA in Health care

MBA in Hospital administration

MBA in Hospital management
