Re: After BSc Botany Hons Degree, is MBA good or not

As per my suggestion you do not to select MBA after B.Sc in botany. Because MBA field is totally different from you course.

MBA is a management course and after MBA Job opportunity and salary package is very good as compare to Botony.

If you select after BSC can join MBA that is let you enter in the corporate field. But you will not be benefited to get the degrees of both Bsc +MBA.

After completing B.sc with Botany, there are number of options for you to pursue as higher study.

You can do M.Sc with Botany/ M.Sc in biochemistry/biotechnology/food science etc..

These days career in clinical research is also very much on demand because of the increasing rate of Govt and private clinical labs and research institutes.

If they have good grades and a high GMAT score. Some MBA programs are designed specifically for new college graduates without work experience. But in those programs you don't get the benefit of learning from other students who have work experience.

Very Few Universities in India are offering 2 year full time MBA program. The eligibility criteria for MBA(Biotech) is any Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Special/General with Biotechnology, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, Biochemistry, Physics, etc), Agriculture, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Ayurved, Veterinary Sciences, Technology, Engineering of a University Recognized by the AIU
