No you are not eligible for the MSc Biotech because your BSc is not completed. If you want to take admission in the MSc Biotech then firstly you should need to complete your BSc.

Eligibility Criterion for M.Sc(Biotechnology)

The applicant must have completed Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) with 60% marks in qualifying examination in any stream with Botany/ Zoology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Agricultural Sciences/ Bios-sciences / Life Science from a recognized University/ Institution.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply subject to their passing the examination before as a subject from a recognized University / Institute.

As you are saying that you have completed your B Sc 2nd year now you want to join M Sc Biotech so sorry to say you but you are not eligible for that.

Firstly you will have to complete your B Sc and then you can apply for this course.
