M.Tech Aeronautical is a two year post graduate Mechanical Engineering course. It belongs to the category of high-tech engineering and involves the study of physical science and mathematics to perform research, development, testing, launching and the manufacture of various air vehicles.

Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in aerospace Engineering after B.Tech in mechanical. But there are some specializations in M.Tech aerospace which you can't choose. But mechanical engineers can most of the specializations in aerospace. For obtaining some specializations you should face some problems.
