Yes girls are eligible to apply for UES exam.
University Entry Scheme:
It is Selection Procedure of Indian army.
In this entry scheme The technical graduates are recruited who are in pre-final year of there graduation.

Eligibility:

The candidate must be a resident of India.
Age must be between 19 to 25yrs from the first day of the month in which course is due to commence.

Qualification:
Pre-Final Year of Technical Graduation Course

The candidate must be unmarried.

Usually Indian Army selects Men from Engineering stream.
It depends upon the vacancies hence they will even select women from various Engineering streams.

Salary:

Stipend of Rs. 21,000/- p.m. (Rs 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-).

On completion of training they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank. Army also provides free Medical Facilities for self & dependents, Canteen facilities, Entitled Ration, Mess/Club/Sports Facilities, Furnished Govt. Accommodation, Car/Housing Loan at subsidized rate.
