Here is the Defense Research Development Organization (DRDO) summer training procedure:

Update your resume/CV with the latest achievements

Get the details of the concerned person to whom you have to send your resume.

You could approach your seniors, professors of college or by search the net to get the required info.

Eligibility
Be a citizen of India

Appearing in 3rd year of graduation

Secured 60% marks in previous year of graduation
