After 12th Eligible for Company Secretary Course

I have completed class 12th.Am i eligible for the Company Secretary Course or not ?

The Company Secretary is considered as one of the most prestigious and lucrative course.

Applicants should clear three levels of CS course and the concerning exams.

The course includes three stages of study- Foundation program, Executive program, and Professional program.

Applicants have to pursue a practical training after qualifying the second stage.

Eligibility
For Foundation program Applicants need to have successfully pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course.

After completing the Foundation course Applicants can apply for the Executive program.

Applicants who qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme.

After completing the professional program in the CS, the Applicants will become the Associate Member of ICSI.

The exam will he held during June and December each year for all three levels.

The admission process for company secretary course is open to all eligible Applicants and exams are carried out in order to select Applicants
