Sorry to say that After 10 you are not to Become An IAS Officer . In order to become an IAS officer applicants has to fulfill the following eligibility conditions. Eligibility Criteria: Willing aspirants must have any graduate degree from any recognized University. Aspirants who are in the final year are also eligible. applicants age should be between 21 and 30 years. IAS Exams are conducted in three following phases. Phase I:Civil Services Aptitude Test Phase II: Mains Phase III: Personality test (Interview) Paper I syllabus Indian Polity and Governance History of India and Indian national Movement Current events of national and international importance India and World Geography General Science Economic and Social Development General Issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate chage Paper II Syllabus Basic Numeracy, Data Interpretation. Interpersonal Skills including Comprehension Skills Logical reasoning & Analytical ability General Mental Ability English Language Comprehension Skills Decision making and Problem Solving Comprehension The Main exam will consist of Essay, Modern Indian Language, English, General Studies-I, General Studies-II, General Studies-III, General Studies-IV List of optional subjects for IAS Main Examination are given below: Mathematics Philosophy Physics Statistics Mechanical Engineering Economics Anthropology Electrical Engineering Geography Geology Agriculture Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science Botany Chemistry Civil Engineering Commerce and Accountancy History Law Management Medical Science Zoology Political Science and International Relations Psychology Pubic Administration Sociology Literature from one of the following languages: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and English |
